This is a really pretty, dainty ring that securely clips closed for a variety of piercings. The stones are so tiny that they're hard to see. In my cartilage piercing, the 16g 8mm size spins easily around and around so that the stones can face inwards. It's also quite large so there's plenty of extra space off my ear. I think a 5mm or 6mm size would be nice in my eyebrow (the 8mm is too large). It also fits snugly and looks cute in my monroe lip piercing (9mm would be perfect).I've had no irritation or extra sensitivity as a result of wear.The product photo is incorrect. I got this particular item because the CZ's are clearly shown as having AB or Aurora Borealis finish. Instead, the CZ's are totally clear and tiny, so they reflect virtually no shine. The synthetic opals show more fire and shimmer in the light. I would recommend the CZ's with AB finish or the full synthetic opals rather than this combo. But it's still pretty. I was just misled by the false photo.
