In every way the hose looks like it's made of metal. No, that is not so. The hose is stiff and unyielding when hanging and sticks out of the shower screen very, very awkwardly, which doesn't seem to make it any better in the future. The HEIGHT of the shower head is MUCH, MUCH taller than my old Waterpik shower head. Look at the length of the handle. It's made for big hands and big people! The handle makes it VERY difficult for me to get at it to change the atomizer let alone get the spray head out of the cheap mount. At 1.60m and a sore back, it's difficult to stretch just to get your head into a more normal neutral spray zone and not get out of the way of how the holder wants to spray it. Splashing from such a great distance the water hits my head and almost straight into the recess in the tile where the shampoo and such are kept! I hate this business! But my handyman took off my old but MUCH better OLD flexible hose irrigation and took it who knows where? And at least it had a head that poured water out within my reach to change the flow! And I could easily get a piece of hose down! This is a HORRIBLE showerhead and stay away. They buy bulky, plasticky, literally smell (several people have complained about the constant chemical smell from the shower head). It looks like a good shower head. This is NOT what it seems! Waterpik has gone downhill, at least in this price range! I really regret this purchase! Moen, partly quite cheap. HERE I COME!
