These screen protectors arrived in perfect condition. They are well packaged and contain everything you need to install a new screen protector. This includes a damp cloth, a dry cloth, a dust bag (adhesive paper), 3 screen alignment tapes so you can level it before removing the backing from the protective film, and a cleaning cloth to use after installation if needed. To be honest I throw them out because I use microfiber towels which work great. It was easy to put on and the bubbles went away on their own as the screen warmed up. Also, they state that you can remove and reattach the screen if there is a problem underneath, and they are absolutely right. When I put my screen protector on something got under the screen protector and of course it doesn't give a smooth finish so I took it off, cleaned the dust, put it back on and everything went perfectly with no problems. I used the dust extractor mentioned above and it worked great! I would recommend using a dust bag all over your screen before applying a screen protector to ensure your screen is clean. I would recommend this seller as they stand behind their product. (I know from a previous purchase) I highly recommend this product if you want to protect your expensive purchase. Have fun 😁
