I was a little nervous before purchasing after reading some of the negative reviews but I checked the company's website and it turned out to be real. No broken English and as far as I can tell they exist in the US. I say this because I bought beeswax in other countries before it turned out not to be real beeswax. I don't have bees so I don't know what real beeswax is supposed to smell like, but I've worked with it long enough to know how it's supposed to melt and solidify, and this stuff melts and solidifies like real beeswax. deal with it. I have made lotions from this material for all my colleagues and these bars have been a huge hit.
