Review on TransitionManager by Jamie Behm

I like that it allows for easy migration from one cloud provider service/environment into another - whether its AWS -> GCP etc., It's also great if you need some help in getting your code up & running quickly when moving services across environments as well! There are no downsides at this point but we're always looking out there :) We use TM primarily during our transition periods where new projects come online which require us using different tools than what was previously used within each environment prior; however not all transitions go smoothly so having something robust helps ensure success even though things don't work perfectly right off bat sometimes ;).
