i can't speak the the durability as we have only had the bed for about a week, but my dog loves her new bed from bark box! The "vegan fur" is soft and fluffy, the bed was a more than generous size for my 18 lb cocker spaniel. My only constructive criticism is: #1: when opening the box and trying to take the bed out of the compressive packaging, it was hard to determine what was bed and what was plastic (because of the mesh-like material that houses the bedding. ( I would have been so disappointed if I cut the bedding material by accident!) and #2: i wish the chopped up memory foam bolster for the middle of the bed was packed a little tighter. The material itself feels soft, yet supportive, but as my dog breaks in the bed I see there are low spots and wish it was packed a little tighter. Criticism aside, this best is best one I've bought in the price point, and would recommend it to another dog owner!
