I had trouble with this headset as soon as I opened the box when the indicator light didn't come on to let nearby users know I was on the phone and more important The thing is that when you press the speaker or microphone mute button on your computer, your phone's control buttons don't work, and once that happens, the microphone stops working and people can't hear you when you speak. No matter how many times you plug it back in, the call control buttons on the headset don't work and you have to unplug and plug the USB cable back in to reset it. I returned the item to Revain and bought the exact same model of headset and immediately had the same problems. I've used the Plantronics Hub software to set up the headset and update the firmware, but that doesn't fix the issue either. I even contacted Poly's IT help center and they said it must be a firmware issue with their headset and offered to replace it again which is a waste of time to keep doing this.
