I like the bristles on these brushes. They're not so soft that they break easily, but they're not so hard that they damage what you're cleaning. In fact, I don't use them in the kitchen at all. I only use them for car interiors. They are great for cleaning upholstery, carpets and even the dashboard and inside of doors. And the unique bamboo handles make it easy to tell them apart from kitchen brushes. These are very well made brushes that can withstand heavy use.
