Review on ๐Ÿฅฉ DOQAUS Dual Probe Digital Meat Thermometer: Smart Kitchen Timer, Bluetooth Wireless, Remote Alert, Backlight by Holly Naragon

It generally works, but I don't like it

First, the name is completely misleading. This allows you to wirelessly view the temperature from your phone to the base station, but requires cables to the sensors. There are real wireless meat temperature sensors out there, so I think that's misleading. Second, the temperature readings differ by about 3-4 degrees Celsius. I compared the temperature with two other sensors. A manual Pyrex. Another versatile food probe. This one was lower than both. The probes are a good length for large cuts of meat. I also like having spools to hold the wire. But he needs to know that you have to insert the probe first, and then wind up the wire. I had to make a mistake twice before realizing it.

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to it
Cons
  • Weight
