I bought 2 of these sets as our family plays a lot of board games, in many modern board games you can have cards, dice, wooden dice/figures etc. These trays are pretty cool for not only setting up all your cards for easy display, but also to help you organize all your little pieces. I've found that laying my hand to myself in board games allows me to focus more on the actual board and what other players are doing. looks great, definitely less bulky. They're great for kids too, they can see everything without messing up cards or dropping things - great for little hands. The trays are pretty ugly though, so we actually filed down the sharp corners with a small file and then applied some colored water. Spray paint so everyone knows who's who. We then glued some cheap felt to the bottoms to keep them from scratching the tables - they look amazing and, frankly, they are amazing! An easy little project to make any play area look fun and easy. Ideal for games with many cards, such as E.g.: Cosmic Encounter, Scythe, Dominion etc. etc.
