This is a quality control issue, not the product itself. I have 5 of these mounts and the suction cups have turned yellow and just won't hold up after prolonged exposure to the sun. I ordered 2 more and they actually sent me a box of broken parts. One isn't even magnetic and both arms are broken. I requested an exchange for the exact same items because I like them. However, I will no longer leave them by the window to bake them at high temperatures. I will delete them daily.
