They also have great technical skills to build out our data warehouses - they were able solve problems that we didn't even know existed yet! In general, their ability to deliver on time AND under price has been exceptional. Our implementation was about twice what it should've cost because of all their services included at an industry low fee/cost ratio -- this allowed them almost no margin from our deal size; instead making up significant amounts through volume pricing across many projects. I love that they have so many tools available to them for different types of clients; from small businesses all over town through our city council! They are very helpful when it comes time implementing new products or services into my client's accounts as well!! If you want an experienced team looking after your business needs - this would be THE place. Their support staff has been great too- always willing/able if we need help getting something implemented quickly. !
