Ring looked good, was comfortable and true to size. The ring was perfect as I am an appliance technician and cannot wear metal due to electricity. I really liked the glossy black color, it felt like a traditional metal ring. I also really liked that it said FOREVER on the inside. One of the reasons my wife chose this ring when she bought it for me. Worn only 3 weeks before it broke. It fell off like a rubber band. It split right down the middle. I'm hoping the company replaces but not sure yet and still looking for a way to contact them. If it hadn't broke I would definitely still wear it and would recommend it. Update: Contacted the company shortly after this happened. Your customer service is amazing! They reacted immediately and looked very worried. They can say they care. I was immediately offered a replacement and given an order code. I don't know who the main member is, so report it to me directly to avoid further charges. They asked what happened hoping to get an idea of their quality etc. It's nice to do business with a company that supports the customer.
