I really wanted to use this and bought a bottle of wine especially for it. When it arrived my wife and I were pleased with how it fits on the fridge due to the fairly strong magnet. And the corkscrew can be unscrewed for safety and easy storage. But the real goal is to open wine bottles. Maybe we were, but things didn't go well with this device. The top of the cork was a mess and the corkscrew didn't stay in place to ensure proper grip when I rotated it. My wife was no better. We gave up the bother and used our old but still reliable corkscrew.
