I was so excited when it arrived it planned everything was working until I realized the key button wasn't responding at all. The P2 button or ring finger paddle on the right doesn't respond at all, maybe 1 in 100% of clicks. Edit is speaking to Nick now, who shipped the controller out immediately after testing! Note for those worried about the warranty, as this is a modified controller, you get a warranty, it's worth it. The Xbox Elite Series 1 and 2 have a known stick drift issue, my left stick would move up or down after pressing in any direction and it was annoying. I stressed to Assurion that the controller was not a refurbished or previously new controller, it was new with minor modifications that did not cause this problem and it was a manufacturer fault and they took it and fixed the joystick. work as intended so make sure you agree with Assurion that they will repair or replace the controller if you are having this issue and not berate you for tampering with the controller as I read in a previous review prior to purchase!
