I'd like to know this with my first child! My son sleeps comfortably in it and it makes a great travel cot. Two cons: 1. Inserting pillows is harder than it looks 2. There is no way to protect this from the inevitable diaper leaks. Cushions/pillows are soft and of good thickness. I followed a reviewer's advice regarding the hump in the center of the bottom panel. After delivery, I let the pads "air out" and put something heavy on the bottom pad to "flatten" the bump. Went like clockwork!
