Contacted Sypen and sent a replacement. I will order again!

I bought pens for my kindergarten class so we can practice writing words and make them disappear with the letter v. They liked it! ), it was either too dim to illuminate the inscription, or didn't turn on at all. Luckily my class is small so we had spares. You're talking about it today! Update.Sypen sent replacements for the ones that didn't work and some spares! Would order again!
