Review on YND Portable Neck Fan: Hand-Free Mini Personal Fan with Dual Wind Head and LCD Display for Outdoor Travel and Sports – Black Red by Ryan Hare

Was very happy to get this for the hubs as it works outside and thought a neck fan would help keep it cool. We were sent our first fan. The hubs plugged them in and immediately both showed 100%, he unplugged to try and it didn't work so he decided to let them charge and go back to them. He charged them for several hours, wanted to turn them off, but they still didn't work. We thought it might be a problem with the cable so we tried a different USB port but nothing worked. They work when connected, but nothing happens after disconnecting. We then contacted Amazon who sent us a second pair hoping it was just a defect. Unfortunately, the second pair was sent to us again. One of the fans doesn't work when unplugged and shows 100% immediately, the other worked fine and didn't show 0% charge when plugged in, but I didn't buy it so it could only use 1 fan. Khabs was very disappointed that the second pair was also unsuccessful. Save money, not worth it
