Much better than old school plastic brushes!

I used to have plastic bristle pastry brushes which were a nightmare. They became stained and melted under high heat. This is a dream! They don't stain at all and don't melt. They are very easy to clean as they have no bristles to catch food/sauce. They are a great value and a wonderful addition to my kitchen.
