The ability to identify issues with our own applications as well as those of third parties - it's amazing! I wish we could use it in other environments than just web browsers but it seems like it would be an ideal add-on for any desktop application you're using in your day-to-day functions at work.

It's a great tool if you are having problems identifying where something goes wrong within internal business processes. It has allowed us to find areas that need improvement, which helps drive change from senior leadership down through all levels of reporting within the organization.
