Great for Sauces: Kitchen Tools and Gadgets

I used this last night to prepare a dressing for an enchilada sauce recipe. It worked surprisingly well. I like that the head is a bit flexible and not just stiff. I could get caught in corners. But it's not so flimsy that it wouldn't scratch favorites off the bottom of the pan. A few pieces of onion got stuck in the spiral, but came out immediately when I tapped the edge of the pan with the whisk. I put it in the dishwasher with no problems. However, this is not something I would use in a non-stick pan.
