Nice shoe just not quite right for my foot

Stylistically I'm in love with these shoes. I have the black one with the blue sole and it's great. Unfortunately, when I wore it indoors the day it arrived, within an hour or two my feet were a little sore and very warm. I just stood in front of the stove and cooked dinner. I don't need shoes that are too hot in the summer, but the deciding factor for me was that my feet didn't feel very well cushioned and my high arch needed a lot of support when standing moderately. I also tend to be neutral or supinated and they really tried to get me into a pronated/overpronated stance. It just bothered me a lot. Also, I'm usually 8-8.5M. I ordered 8.5 and they fit well, plenty of toe room, a bit tight in the instep. It seemed to me that if I kept them and wore them a little, they would fit my foot better. For the price I can't justify keeping them because they are beautiful. These are very good shoes for the right person. When I opened them up, I learned that you can cleat them for winter, open a drainage hole if you're walking on water, and they aid in nut attachment to keep dirt out. To hell with all that. I would like to keep her, but I have to keep looking.

Pros

Cons
  • Not bad
