These battery operated candles are great! The first sign of quality is the packaging. The box is sturdy and looks like what you get. Each, and I repeat, each candle is individually boxed as is each holder, suction cup and 2 remote controls that come with batteries installed. Comes in storage box and sleeves for storage when not in use. You have to buy AA batteries and I bought the Revain brand and they work great. They don't have a heavy base and are made of plastic, but they look great on windows. Insert the batteries, turn on the candle below and use the remote control to set the desired parameters. I use the 6 hour automatic schedule and it works great. We walk around the house to see them rotate from room to room. They were a bit more expensive but worth it. My neighbors also liked them and ordered them. I'll take another set, I hope they go on sale. It's interesting to see what else they do as the quality is very high.
