This is a beautiful and vibrant bright gold. However, the top is a little too saturated and wears out/expands too quickly, making it behave like a broad tip. The ink dries within minutes, resulting in heavy smearing. Write in light strokes with minimal pressure and allow sufficient time to dry. I'm going to use Sharpie now as it dries quickly and keeps a fine line. It's not a finish as flashy as this stylus, though, which stands out nicely if that's important to your use.
