Review on ๐ŸŒฟ Durable Corporation-400S2030 Dura-Rug Recycled Fabric Tire-Link Outdoor Entrance Mat: Long-lasting & Eco-friendly 20"x30" Solution by Brian Potter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A FANTASTIC option for durability, effective dirt pick-up and long life. Highly recommended!

PROS: + Stays in place - it's a heavy duty mat that stays where you put it unlike some of the other thinner recycled rubber mats/tires I've had. Others slid across the cement as moisture accumulated between the mat and the cement below. The fabric top is great for both. + Easy maintenance and long life - clean the hose and it's like new. While they may seem expensive, after looking at how much it costs to replace the decorative versions every 12-18 months, I beat the game on cost for the first year by simply not having two cheaper, less effective ones Bought mats for the same room and location. bought this. + Resistant to mold and mildew growth with a breathable design while other recycled rubber/tire mats make it easy in their designs. outweighs any potential "industrial" look on my patio. In fact, I would say that it harmonises with the surrounding landscape, fountains and flower pots :). That wasn't my intention, but that's the end result. That's why I actually prefer it to the old decorative carpets. USE: * If you have kids, pets and/or multiple people in and out of the entryway, this plastic-coated recycled tire/rubber mat is your best friend for minimizing dirt, debris, and allergens from entering your home*front door / back door / hallway / garage entrance / etc. * As a wear protection mat for grills and grow stations - I use one in front of my plant station and the other in front of my grill. for comfortable standing/mat without fatigue. *If you are looking for an economical and high quality waste minimization product - so far this is a one-time purchase! Two don't have a "cloth" top for this purpose, but if they make them big enough I'd get them with a cloth top for those spots too! I already had 3 other dura mats with different weave patterns with no fabric texture when I found this option. My only regret is that they don't make a larger fabric version that I use in my garage in front of my desk! I love what I have, but I'll tell you. it would be ideal to double work there, as well as in my backyard near my slider! Dual function including as a quality mat that grips and allows you to effectively wipe your feet in/out of the sliding door, and as a durable comfort mat/fatigue reduction mat that you can stand on comfortably (even barefoot)! I have a bigger rug in my house. in front of my multi-burner grill on a cement patio that provides an anti-fatigue mat that's durable even during the Florida sun and heat. I spend a fortune on new carpets every year and a half. Not only do they last, they perform best in my experience and have a quality look and feel alongside their performance. While not as "decorative" as some of the other rugs, I will always applaud its superior durability and performance over a quick glance. Most decorative rugs fade quickly and begin to deteriorate quickly. Even decorative mats made from recycled rubber from other manufacturers are not as durable as these. The ventilated design allows moisture to wick down when it rains, while allowing the mat to wipe and retain dirt. Ultimately, the same function provides evaporation, which keeps mold and mildew at bay that other carpets seem to encourage. Maintenance consists in simply disconnecting the hose. It literally looks and works like new! I recommend these rugs for many places in your home where you need a durable rug that will pick up and collect dirt or where you need a durable anti-fatigue rug. While I wouldn't use standard rug in my home, say the kitchen, I would consider using this one with a cloth top as an anti-fatigue option in front of my kitchen sink. It has a less industrial look. Once my current mat wears out, this might be my next option. Feel free to ask your questions.
