If you want a placeholder or just a decent Ryzen Plus at a surprisingly good price, this is a good buy. It won't outperform Ryzen 3 or even Ryzen Plus 2600. However, it will almost match Ryzen Plus 2600. This processor costs $50 for RAM and $80 for the motherboard, and you can get a Ryzen Plus upgrade for $215. It's not meant to be heavily overclocked, you can overclock it a little. For moderate needs this is a great product.
