It should fit, but it's not quite right. The pulley (not included) rubs, so I had to polish the casting to get rid of the rubbing. Also, the two screw holes have thicker lands than the factory part, allowing the screws to engage fewer threads. Thanks to this, I pulled out several threads from one hole. Forced to buy a longer screw to hook deeper (undamaged) threads. Also the small pad was totally wrong, it was a 2D paper pad, the factory part is a 3D rubber pad. The big gasket looks good, but it's paper and factory rubberized steel. This purchase turned a one day job into a three day job because I had to fix the part and find replacement screws and a gasket.
