I wish I'd read the reviews first but I didn't realize someone could ruin a water bottle that much. It's almost impossible to drink from a straw, so I removed it and just tried using the spout, but I have the same problem as with a straw, which is the fact that the air basically just comes out, even if you tilt the bottle or open it and close it. This is very frustrating. I've considered returning and exchanging it but I don't want to continue only to end up with another defective bottle.
