The most disappointing moment of my life
The moment I turned it on, it moved into this uncomfortable position and got stuck. No, we're stuck in the middle of the living room on an uncomfortable seat. My wife relied on it to comfortably feed our 5 day old daughter. I don't know what to do, no time to follow him. We needed this seat today. Update: Revain's customer service was great, they took the place from my house without the box and refunded my money straight away. I bought the same seat again and it works great. This is a very comfortable seat and we spend most of the day with our baby in it.
