Purchased: Cable Matters 2-Pack 2-Port HDMI Wall Panel White (Supports 4K UHD, ARC, and Ethernet Pass-Thru) Overview: Works great, looks great, easy to install. I can't speak about 4k/HDR as we don't have 4k/HDR media devices.
