I love how easy it was to set up my profile with all of my information already filled in (I used this as both myself AND another user). The customer service team at GT are very helpful & friendly - they're always willing to help out without being pushy or rude about anything. It's so convenient not having to log into multiple sites/platforms just to give money, and also makes sure everything gets done correctly when logging into different platforms. There really isn't much i dislike other than maybe adding some additional options on what type of donation I'd be interested in making such as "donate food" instead of only general donations which can get confusing sometimes if there aren't enough choices available. This has been great because we don't have to go through any extra steps since our employees use their own personal accounts to make contributions from work right off gt website.
