Regularly using ACTIONUNION, I've been let down by the company's customer care. Their products are good, but my purchasing experience with them has been less than ideal due to their carelessness and bad communication. I've had to call the firm multiple times to find out where my purchases stand, and each time, the representatives haven't shown much enthusiasm for solving my problems. In addition, I've had to cope with the frustration of receiving defective goods. I get that accidents happen, but the staff's lack of accountability and follow-through truly irritated me. From a business that boasts of going the extra mile for its clients, I expected more. While I do value the quality of ACTIONUNION's products, I am cautious to make future purchases due to my negative interaction with the company's customer service.
