So I got a nose piercing many years ago. Long story short, they used a needle (it was a tattoo parlor). They put on a ring that was too long and never healed because I combed it all the time and then took it off. It hurts 100 times worse. This is a device that wedges the nose ring through your nose, it hurts even with numbing cream. First pistol. I messed up so I got lucky with the second one and I'm glad because the second one was a white nose ring. I didn't want to wear a black nose ring for a few weeks. It was HARD to jam, maybe because I was nervous. Although it looks great. I used lots of rubbing alcohol and cleaned my jewelry, gun and nose (inside and out). If you do, wash your hands and use an anesthetic cream. But doing it professionally doesn't cost that much more. I recommend doing this lol
