The product is just giving away an old dead stock of 1080P channels. There is nothing 4k in it except 4k on the splash screen when you connect the receiver to the TV. I have a forced video scaler that I can set to the spec they say will fit and a 4k TV. When I press it locked at 4k 30hz like they say it doesn't exit the setup screen. When I remove it at 1080p and below the frames jump. even at 30Hz 1080 is disgusting to watch. This is a blatant lie. I wrote to them, there is nobody there. Never trust this seller. Let me change my statement. The seller offered to return the money. You have replied but the incorrect description is still on the item. In these times of COVID we are housebound and awaiting more vaccinations. Therefore, we will not return any mispurchases from online sellers. I just threw it in the residual waste bin and drove to the recycling center. Today the seller contacted me very often. I deeply apologize and promised to return my money although I refuse to return it. I'm a sharp and tough customer. At the end of the day, I asked a tech like me to review their ad before posting it. Often sellers take the product and decipher the literature given to them from the packaging and what they see when they interact with the product, but don't understand that they themselves were fooled when they bought it. The receiver screen says "4K". I converted it to 4K on a dyno using a Precision Image Scaler. The only 4k was the area of the screen where it was stated. It really was 1080P.
