Very nice little frying pan. Finally realizing that the non-stick aluminum bakeware I've used in the past was potentially toxic, I bought this beautiful stainless steel skillet. Whenever I reheat two small stuffed chicken breasts for lunch, I use them in a regular oven (not a toaster) at 430F for 40 minutes. I went to great lengths and bought parchment cooking paper to line this pan so food doesn't ruin it, but I'm sure it would be easy to clean if I used it without the paper. If I ever need a larger version of this pan I would have no hesitation in buying it from TeamFar. Great product at a very good price. *Update: 4 years later and this pan is still perfect. Before I bought mine I remember reading a comment about the pan curling or warping very easily from the heat in the oven and this actually happened the first few times I used it - not enough , to cause problems, and soon it subsided and corrected itself. since then it's absolutely flat. It still cleans well and if you take good care of it yours will probably look as new as mine in 4 years.
