Almost Great Headphones

I really wanted this to work, first I got one for my wife and one for me. Their language is Chinese, not English, both have 2-3 seconds audio delay on all sounds other than phone calls. I don't want to say that it jerks, it only works after 2-3 seconds and then everything is fine. So if your text tone is shorter than 2-3 seconds, you won't hear it. If they could fix these issues I would consider the sound quality on phone calls to be great.
