I use face wax and have sensitive skin (I use retinols but usually stop waxing after a week). I used to use hard waxes, but so far I haven't found one that is also suitable for fine hair. Pros/Cons: Pros: - Works fairly well and fairly well removes most fine hairs on the first try. Works much better than my hard waxes. - Doesn't need to heat up as much as hard waxes, making it more comfortable on sensitive skin. Cons: - Dirty AF! delicate skin areas. Along with it, the top layer of skin is removed. Tip: Don't let the wax sit/dry for too long before removing it. The longer it dries, the more likely the leather is to crack. I would most likely not buy it again. While it looks much cleaner than other waxes, it left too many tight/damp patches on my face that went away after a few days. I'd rather repeat waxing several times, pluck or shave what I can't get than risk skin peeling and wounds healing.
