I bought an NH-D15S and bought this one too. I didn't look at the contents of the box and found that the cooler contains a small tube of Noctua TIM. I haven't used any of that tube, however, but it's the same stuff, so I guess it still applies. !I've used Arctic Silver on every build I've done and it's always been a good product, easy to apply, lasts a decent time in vitro and gives consistently good temperatures, although I can't compare the performance. from the material for it. The best thing about Noctua's TIM is that it doesn't conduct electricity. That means over-application or stains on the components of the two circuits won't fry all of your expensive parts right away. It's a good price for a lot of stuff (it can probably handle at least 20 processors), it spreads easily, it's easy to dose, and it has a screw top that just screams attention to detail. Third-party testing ranks the Noctua product very, very close to the top of many other high-end or enthusiast products, with the exception of Liquid Metal. I'm as satisfied as I could be (it's just thermal paste) and Noctua continues to serve high-end computer users and enthusiasts well.
