Broke twice

Ordered this blender a month ago. Even if he arrived on time. When I opened the package and plugged it in, the motor started but the blender wouldn't spin. I checked the parts and the internal connector was broken. So I asked for a replacement. The second received 10 seconds before trying to dip him in a glass to shake. The internal connector is broken again. This time I decided not to insist on this brand. I returned both.
