I like this set because it has everything. Unfortunately, the wax heater turns on and off too often, no idea if this is a defect or an error. I had to turn the knob to very hot and then turn it down and it turned off and I had to turn this thing on about 10 times which made my wax take forever. The sticks are excellent, the wax beads not so much. They melt nicely but don't completely remove hair. I've been able to wax my brows a couple of times but the wax doesn't come off easily, it breaks into lots of pieces when it starts to cool and you have to go over the same spot 2-3 times and still pluck the rest. hair with tweezers. This wax is definitely only for finer facial hair. I tried a small patch on my leg and it was horrible, the hair wouldn't come off and the skin cells were twitching and causing pain.
