Worked great at first. There were two monitors and they worked as expected. Within 60 days he began to lose strength. Pushed the cable to keep it working for a few more weeks. Then he switched off completely. No energy. No screens. This is not my laptop as we tried several PCs to see if it would work. I'm new to Revain so another issue is that I don't know how to contact the reseller directly (which he keeps telling me).
