I have been cooking at home for over 30 years; I can't believe I lived without Mandelin this whole time. I bought it about a month ago and I use it several times a week. Borner works like a dream. I cut vegetables, citrus and lettuce in much less time than before and the results are better than if I just used my knife. Cleaning the Borner couldn't be easier and I love that everything fits together for storage. It slips right into a small spot in my closet. I really like this kitchen tool: beautiful design and high-quality workmanship.
