Poor packaging mars the impression.
I usually buy Radley London bags on their website or at Macy's. The bag delivered is NEW, the original packaging is intact, the leather shines and smells like new, the color is light, the zipper is shiny and the bag looks perfect right away. But Revain offers a lower price, and in return we accept bad packaging, faded leather and faded zippers. It is sold as new but who knows? I think we get what we pay for.
