Review on Switchboard CMS by Alex Barr

I like how easy it is for me as an account manager / agent in Salesforce! The interface makes my job easier than most other platforms out there (like Hubspot). It's also very customizable so you can do almost anything with your platform if needed or desired - just take some training classes first though!! We are able to keep track of all our leads/prospects from one place now instead having multiple different systems that we had before switching over. This has made managing them much more efficient because they're only seeing relevant information depending upon their role within sales organization.
