I like how easy it was for me as customer service! Everything they do seems very professional; from email correspondence through live chat with agents who are always prompt & helpful when answering questions or helping set-up new accounts/integrations etc., all of which have been top notch so far!! They're really good about making things work well regardless if you've used them before (or not) because their team genuinely cares moreso over actually getting your business's needs met - just awesome overall experience across multiple channels :) Not much specifically at this point but would say there isn't anything majorly negative either yet we haven’t had any real issues since signing onto CF last week :).
