I cannot be completely objective, because I took this protein for the first time. And so unlucky with taste! ) firstly, the smell: Yes, it smells like apple and cinnamon, and also soap. Secondly, there is just a bucket of cinnamon! It all settles at the bottom . and in the end you drink only grains. The same feeling of soapiness is present when drinking a drink. Plus - that it is not very sweet, all the sweetness is due to cinnamon. The taste is very amateurish. I did not like.
