Impressions every day in Tools and Equipment

Let me start with a little background. I have an ASE certificate. A8-A1 is missing A2. My L1 L3 L4 has been in the industry for over 10 years, I am a master in the busy independent business of 6 Bay in Colorado. I have used many different scan tools, Snap-on Zeus, Modus, Modus Ultra (very good scan tool), a couple of Autels, the new Continental PC based diagnostics (which is ABSOLUTELY rubbish), Torque Pro, Launch x431 v+. Despite all this, this is the best scanner I've ever used, it's not the fastest, but it works with EVERYTHING and does EVERYTHING. Take some time to learn it, it's not necessarily very user friendly, you need to have some knowledge about the scan tool and if you're going to use it to program modules or some deep reset routines, you have to Having knowledge or the ability to get the required routines if you can make this scan tool untouchable even the 10,000th Zeus can't come close. This is the best scanner I've ever used. Honestly, I admire this device almost every day. I had an X431 V+ Launch before switching to the Pad V and I will probably never buy another brand of scanner again.

Pros
  • Topology map and diagnostics of the whole system for a deep check
Cons
  • Everything is fine
