I was eager to get my office supplies from IPG's online store since I appreciate efficiency and productivity. However, I was disappointed and frustrated by my experience. Finding the things I required was challenging due to the website's clutter and complexity. Shipping took a long time, and the prices were higher than at comparable stores. Some of the products in my purchase were missing and some were broken when they arrived. As a life coach, I implore IPG to upgrade their online store and give their customers—who rely on their products to increase their productivity and success—a better shopping experience.
