Review on DeWalt DWHT36105 16Ft Tape Measure by Rick Vidaurri

Bought 2 packs of this tape measure. One did not lock in advanced mode. I wanted to return but it's too difficult because I don't have time to drive to the return location and wait in line for 10 minutes. I've taken it apart and done nothing but wiggle things around and when I put it back together it works fine now. Shame on Dewalt for the lack of quality control checking the work before packaging. It must have been slightly misaligned, but it needed a quick test before packing anyway. I'm resourceful and I took the time to take it apart and reinstall it, but most people would probably just toss it and be done with Dewalt.
