Works great, super easy to set up
We got this to establish a line of communication between our master bedroom and the boys' room -- honestly because having to get up 8 times every evening to tell the boys to go to bed was getting kinda old! This intercom was super easy to set up, is compact enough to keep on our nightstands, and offers excellent audio clarity. If I had one complaint, it would be that these intercoms don't have a mounting bracket or any mounting holes (like you would typically get with a house phone). It would be nice to be able to mount these on the wall, but for the price you really can't go wrong.
